I thought WeihnachtsZauber Gendarmenmarkt was decent value. A mulled wine was 4.50€/ £3.85 (the same as Budapest, less than Vienna) and my bratwurst cost €6 (£5.10) although it was pretty dinky. Now some markets here do charge an entry fee, and this one was €2, but I didn't mind as it does help manage numbers.
