All of Uniqlo's sizing is to their own standards, so do make sure to convert from your usual size. In general, Uniqlo pieces run a little small and most are designed for a broadly slimline fit. That means that if you'd like a more relaxed fit, it might be worth going up a size.
If the original receipt is no longer available, you may kindly provide any proof of purchase from your Order or Purchase History in the App. If you do not have any references for your UNIQLO pants, the store will need to verify the pants first before accepting it for alteration.

They will shrink a LOT. I had 2 of these in different colors. Luckily I washed them at separate times so I noticed the blue ones shrank in length by a LOT.
Does UNIQLO do alterations for non-UNIQLO clothes?
No, we do not. Our alteration service is exclusively for UNIQLO jeans and trousers only. We will not perform an alteration on any other brand and / or make of jeans or trousers.
Through our RE. UNIQLO donation boxes located in all our stores nationwide, customers can donate pre-loved UNIQLO clothing they no longer wear or use. These items are re-used through donations to our partner communities, or recycled and made into other items such as bags and pouches.
You may request a one-time price adjustment in-store within 14 days of the original purchase date, excluding items purchased during pre-advertised promotions. A receipt is required to process the adjustment. The item is not required to be present during this process.
