Chairs and seats of any kind, including inflatable seats and shooting sticks, are strictly prohibited at BST Hyde Park events for safety reasons. All shows are standing only. While deck chairs are available for hire within the park generally, they are not allowed for the major concert events.

There is a 20p charge to use the public toilets in the parks. We have recently installed a contactless system which accepts credit/debit cards, prepaid cards and mobile wallet payments like Apple Pay and Samsung Pay. Cash is no longer accepted.
Walking around Hyde Park can take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours, depending on your pace and what you want to see; a basic circuit is about 1.5 hours, while exploring highlights and taking breaks to enjoy cafes or scenery can extend it to half a day, with some longer circular routes covering both Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens taking 2-3 hours.
American Express presents BST Hyde Park takes place on the Parade Ground on the East Side of Hyde Park. The area is predominantly grass, with limited hard-standing pathways. In the event of bad weather, mud and puddles are likely.
