Can I buy tickets on the door? Tickets for any session can be purchased at our On-site Box Office from 4th December, however on the day prices will be more expensive then buying your tickets in advance.
Entry for Winter Wonderland prices start from £5 for standard entry to £7.50 at peak times. Tickets can be free if you come at off-peak hours. But while the entrance fees might be low - you need to pre-book tickets for the attractions and rides you will want to take in during your visit.

How much are Winter Wonderland tickets at the door?
The annual favourite is back for its sixteenth year in 2023. Entry to Winter Wonderland is free during off-peak hours and either £5 or £7.50 during peak times, and you can head along for cheerily lit fairground rides, a child-friendly Santa Land (including Santa's grotto) and quaint Christmas markets.
At weekends, prices start at £5, increasing to £7.50 from 2pm (and staying that way all day). Prices for adults and children is the same, though infants under 2pm go free, as do personal assistants to those requiring assistance.
If you have water bottles with you, prepare to have them confiscated before entry, as you are expected to purchase water and drinks from the park. There are a variety of food places, bars, a circus and lots of different rides.
Each gate is best to enter for specific areas and attractions so you don't waste any time getting in and getting onto your first ride or getting your ice skates on!

Yes, you can take your own food into Winter Wonderland. However, by the time you've smelled the unmistakable waft of mulled wine and flame-grilled bratwurst, you might not want to tuck into your picnic!
Instead, I got a standard, no cream, no marshmallows Hot Chocolate for £3.50, and although it was very nice, it was less than a half-pint size and didn't offer enough heat to warm me up.
We strongly advise not bringing large bags or luggage to event as we may not be able to accommodate these. We advise only bringing a handbag or small rucksack. We ask all guests to be vigilant and not to leave bags and belongings unattended at any time.

We would recommend this place just to enjoy the christmas vibes and take some nice pictures, would probably spend about 2 hours or so here. This is the first time we have visited winter wonderland and was taken back by the scale of it. Its huge!! So much to see here, loads of food and drink to try too.
Standard tickets cost £5 per person and are across most times during weekdays and the morning of weekends. Peak tickets for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland cost £7.50 per person and are for weekend afternoons and most of December.
Are you only allowed in Winter Wonderland for 2 hours?
You will need to enter Hyde Park Winter Wonderland during your entrance ticket time slot, but after that you are welcome to stay and enjoy the festive fun for as long as you like until we close at 10pm.
There is some mud at the entrances and exits but it is minimal and most of the Winter Wonderland grounds are covered with boards/flooring so that your feet don't get wet.
Q-Park Marble Arch car park is the official parking partner of Winter Wonderland and sits directly underneath Hyde Park. This car park combines with our Q-Park Park Lane car park to provide over 900 spaces for the event. You can use either entrance if you pre-book parking at Q-Park Marble Arch or Q-Park Park Lane.
