There is no such thing as entering Gurdwara after eating meat or eggs. Body is a flesh itself. Why are Sikh people not allowed to eat halal meat? Where was the ritual of offering food first to Guru Granth Sahib (for Bhog) started in Sikhism?
Nothing will happen. A Sikh has the same organs to digest Halal or Jhatka meat as any other human being has. In 1986–87, I used to purchase meat from a Muslim shop even on Tuesdays (the day on which Hindu-Sikhs generally avoid consuming meat).
Food does not matter veg or non-veg. Eat what is customary for you. Try to keep a gap of 1 hour between food and japa/stotra paath of Bhairava. It is not compulsory but it is recommended.
If it is an Indian or Hindu temple, it is customary to refrain from eating meat before and after visiting. You should avoid consuming meat and eggs the day before your temple visit, on the day itself, and the day after.

Any time you can eat non-vegetarian food, before or after any pooja. It's only your true devotion towards the god that the god will be gauging & not When, what or how you ate or irrelevant to the god….!
Spiritual awakening is a personal relationship with the universe and we shouldn't force our beliefs on other people and we should not judge them by what they choose to eat. If you like meat, then eat it in healthy proportions.
In the first stanza Guru Nanak establishes the fact that we are a creation of flesh, being composed of flesh and being born out of the flesh of our parents. At the beginning of the second stanza Guru Nanak decries the duality of vegetarians who expound against eating meat.

the point of eating Jhatka meat over Halal is to afford the animal being slaughtered, a painless and quick as a death as possible. Ganesh Shetty Jhatka causes meat to harden because of swift rigor mortis setting in. Halal meat is more tender & soft.
