Please be aware that these are subject to availability, and we strongly advise you to book your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. Please arrive in plenty of time if choosing this option.
Entry to Winter Wonderland is free during off-peak hours and either £5 or £7.50 during peak times, and you can head along for cheerily lit fairground rides, a child-friendly Santa Land (including Santa's grotto) and quaint Christmas markets.

You will need to enter Hyde Park Winter Wonderland during your entrance ticket time slot, but after that you are welcome to stay and enjoy the festive fun for as long as you like until we close at 10pm.
Each gate is best to enter for specific areas and attractions so you don't waste any time getting in and getting onto your first ride or getting your ice skates on!

If you arrive outside of your booked entrance slot, you are not guaranteed entry. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate latecomers who arrive after their timed entrance slot, please note this may not always be possible.

What happens if you turn up late to Winter Wonderland?
You will be allowed entry if you arrive within your allotted session time. No refunds will be given for a late arrival which results in customers not receiving a full session or performance. Late arrivals will be allowed at the discretion of the operator.
Security checks may result in delays when entering the Site, please leave extra time for these searches to take place. We strongly advise not bringing large bags or luggage to event as we may not be able to accommodate these. We advise only bringing a handbag or small rucksack.
