We class small bags as no larger A4 size or standard handbags. We ask all guests to be vigilant and not to leave bags and belongings unattended at any time. Photography & filming - Photography and filming is permitted for personal uses at Winter Wonderland.

Hyde Park Winter Wonderland does not provide a left luggage facility. The closest left luggage facility is at Victoria Station. We strongly advise not bringing large bags or luggage to event as we may not be able to accommodate these. We advise only bringing a handbag or small rucksack.

We use fanny packs unless we're planning on splashing – you can usually wear the fanny pack on the rides, whereas backpacks need to be left on the platforms.

If you're planning to hit the ice-rink, you'll need some comfortable clothing that you can move in. Why not choose some loungewear or leggings, they'll keep you warm, look super stylish and be easy to move in too. Don't forget to pack a pair of thick fluffy socks to wear with your skates too.
