After Martha's heckling ruins Donny's set, he and Teri run off to grab a drink. Then Martha shows up. The confrontation escalates, and Martha assaults Teri, ripping out a clump of her hair. Donny finally goes to the police.
While the pair hit it off, Teri is eventually also harassed by Martha, and Martha's stalking of Donny creates a wedge between the couple. Donny later sees Teri in the street with another man, marking the end of their relationship, and offering him closure.
