Is Eurostar Plus worth it?

For the small additional cost, we thought that travelling Eurostar Plus offered a far superior service to that provided in Standard. We enjoyed extra space with the larger, comfortable seats and complimentary meal and drinks service.

Do I have access to the lounge with Eurostar Plus?

Unfortunately, you cannot upgrade to Eurostar Premier. To access our lounges, you must have bought a Eurostar Premier ticket when you originally booked. However, if you're a Carte Blanche or Étoile Club Eurostar member, you can access our lounges regardless of your travel class. Find out more about Club Eurostar.

How much alcohol is on Eurostar?

We limit consumption on board (per person) to either: Four 440 ml bottles or cans of beer. One 750 ml bottle of wine.

Can you use the toilet while the train isn't moving?

All of our trains use a system known as Chemical Emissions Tanking (CET) to store waste from the toilets. This makes it safer for everyone around the train as well as colleagues that work on the track – and means that unlike older trains, our toilets can be used while the train is at the station.
