Entry to Winter Wonderland is free during off-peak times, but entry at peak times and access to some activities require a paid-for ticket. Visitors who spend an additional £25 per person on chargeable attractions, rides or games when booking their ticket are entitled to free admission.

Do you only get 2 hours at Winter Wonderland?
Once you've entered Winter Wonderland, you can stay as long as you like, so that can be a massive 12 hours if you booked a 10am entry ticket! Last entry is at 9.30pm, some rides and attractions may close their queues early to guarantee everyone who's waiting gets through the experience before we close.

What happens if I miss my time slot for Winter Wonderland?
You will be allowed entry if you arrive within your allotted session time. No refunds will be given for a late arrival which results in customers not receiving a full session or performance. Late arrivals will be allowed at the discretion of the operator.
How long is the queue to get into Winter Wonderland?
During busy periods you may have to wait up to 1 hour to enter Winter Wonderland. The Ice rink, Circus, Giant Wheel and Magical Ice Kingdom are now SOLD OUT for Saturday 14th December.
All children aged 2 and over must have their own ticket. Our Primary Entry ticket grants you access to the arena up to 60 minutes before General Admission customers, getting you ahead of the crowd and giving you the best opportunity to get to the front of General Admission standing before anyone else.
