What couriers do CeX use to send out orders? We use the following delivery services depending on the value of your order: Royal Mail Special Delivery for items valued over £300 Royal Mail Tracked ... My order has been dispatched but hasn't arrived? It usually takes just 3 to 5 working days for orders to arrive.
Always use packaging appropriate to the item, i.e. a padded enve... Too many items to fit in one package/need a second label? It is always advisable to keep all items in one order in one parcel, and to create seperate orders for each box.
Used but good condition. Unboxed - Without the box, inserts or instructions. (Not available on disc based product lines, e.g Dreamcast, Playstation 1 etc.)
Every used mobile device that CeX considers as a buy from the public is checked against the GSMA Device Check database. If the results show that the device has been reported as lost or stolen by a participating operator, CeX will reject the device.
Once the order has been processed by the store, payment is made to your account through Bank Transfer (FPS), which should reflect in your account before noon the next day.
Print. For orders dispatched via Royal Mail, delivery should take no more than 3 to 5 working days. However, we ask that you allow up to 14 days for the items to arrive, as all items are sourced and dispatched from any of our stores across the UK.
Provided it is returned with a receipt and we can verify the fault, we can offer a full refund to the original payment method, repair or replace the item, or exchange it for something else of equal value.

You do not need to bring ID to sign up for Exchange Membership. We just need your name and postcode. Note: Exchange Memberships allow you to trade-in all items except mobile phones and devices having IMEI numbers. If you want to trade-in or sell mobile phones or any IMEI'd device, you will need Full Membership.

A Full Membership allows to to sell any of your items for cash or CeX vouchers. You must be over 16 years of age. In England, Wales or NI, You will need to bring ONE valid form of ID: Current Signed Passport.
