Does Eurostar have assigned seats?

Yes, Eurostar trains have assigned seats automatically allocated at the time of booking for all passengers. You are assigned a specific coach and seat number for the entire journey, and you cannot board without a reservation. Seats can usually be changed via the "Manage your booking" section on the Eurostar website or app.

Do you get to choose your seats on Eurostar?

How early should I arrive at St Pancras for the Eurostar?

You should arrive at London St Pancras for Eurostar at least 75-90 minutes before departure for Standard/Plus (gates close 30 mins before), but check your ticket as times can vary, especially for Premier (30 mins) or on busy days, to allow for UK/French passport control and security.
