We allow all customers, not just those with assistance dogs, to bring their dogs into all of our John Lewis & Partner shops. Only Assistance Dogs are allowed in our Catering outlets, Foodhalls, Waitrose outlets and Roof Terraces (including Oxford Street), We reserve the right to say where these are with in our shops.
