Winter Wonderland is open daily from 10am to 10pm (except Christmas Day) – last entry is at 9.30pm. Visitors are required to enter Winter Wonderland at the allocated time slot on their entry ticket. However, once inside you can stay for as long as you'd like.
Late arrivals will be allowed at the discretion of the operator. We advise customers to arrive at their booked attraction 20 minutes before the start time stated on the ticket. Please allow time for queuing at the entrance gates.

What happens if I get to Winter Wonderland late?
No refunds or exchanges will be given for late arrival which results in customers not receiving a full session at the Ticketed Attraction(s) (as applicable). Late arrivals for all Ticketed Attractions will be allowed access at the discretion of the operator.
Do you only get 1 hour to go to Winter Wonderland?
To help ensure everyone enters the park as smoothly as possible, our entry tickets are divided into one hour time slots from 10am to 8pm. Make sure you arrive early within your one hour entry slot so you can get into Winter Wonderland in time.
Other Christmas markets have a lot of information available online, but do not mention smoking or vaping. Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, for example, has published a list of prohibited items in its FAQ section, and vape devices do not appear on the list.
Doors open for regular ticketholders at 2pm. If you've got a VIP or Primary Entry ticket, you'll be allowed in at 1pm, or around 60 minutes before general admission. The box office closes at 8pm, last entry is 8.30pm, and curfew is 10.30pm. There is no re-entry – once you're in, you're in.
With so much to see and do at Winter Wonderland, it's difficult to say exactly how long you'll need. Most people spend at least five hours here, but many are known to spend the entire day and night. With the attraction open from 10am to 10pm, you could really make a full day of it.
