No credible scientific evidence exists for a distinct race of "giant humans." While ancient, unusually tall individuals (gigantism) have been found—such as a 2nd-century A.D. Roman with a pituitary tumor—most reports of giant skeletons are hoaxes, misidentified megafauna (like mammoth bones), or tall tales.
