How much does it cost to go to Winter Wonderland in London?
The annual favourite is back for its sixteenth year in 2023. Entry to Winter Wonderland is free during off-peak hours and either £5 or £7.50 during peak times, and you can head along for cheerily lit fairground rides, a child-friendly Santa Land (including Santa's grotto) and quaint Christmas markets.
This is possibly great fun if you're a twenty something but for a family it's just another hassle. The funfair and Ice Kingdom were great, but at some point to have to run the gauntlet to try and find some food. The event needs to make its mind up - is it a family wonderland or a party in the park.
Half a pint of Après Lager costs £3.45, £6.95 a pint or £12 a stein. Birra Moretti is £3.95, £7.25 or £13. Wine is available by the glass starting at £7 or a bottle is £25. Mulled wine here is £5, Baileys hot chocolate is £6.50 and hot Vimto is £3.50.
To participate in games at the Event you can either use cash or card (''Tap and Play'') on the day at the Event and/or pre-purchase Game Coins online. 4.2. Game Coins must be used on the date they are purchased for.

Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park has been slammed for its 'ridiculous' pricing as visitors claim the event is 'overpriced'. The event has become a Christmas tradition for many as they visit the extravagant fun fair meets market every year to get into the festive spirit.
Entry to this attraction is free during off-peak periods, but you'll have to pay for tickets during peak hours: £5 on Standard hours (+ £0.50 fee) £7.50 on Peak hours (+ £0.50 fee) Prices may vary for different timings on the same day as well.
Yes you could take your own food as it like walking around a fairground and market stalls so I don't see there would be any restrictions. There are so many lovely places to eat from and so much choice that I think that's part of the magic of it all.
Recommended visiting time for Hyde Park's Winter Wonderland is around three hours, but make sure you give yourself plenty of time to try out a few rides or games, watch a few performances and sample some delicious food and hot mulled wine.
Mornings are great for families, where you can explore Winter Wonderland at a leisurely pace. When the evening comes around, Hyde Park is transformed by thousands of sparkling lights – so grab your mulled wine, hot chocolate, or stein of Bavarian beer and get ready to join in the festive fun.
With so much to see and do at Winter Wonderland, it's difficult to say exactly how long you'll need. Most people spend at least five hours here, but many are known to spend the entire day and night. With the attraction open from 10am to 10pm, you could really make a full day of it.
Hyde Park Corner (for the Piccadilly line) Knightsbridge (for the Piccadilly line) – when arriving here, please use the Hans Crescent exit for Harrods.
It's the perfect Christmas experience for all the family where you can enjoy 4 hours of unlimited funfair rides, skate on our gigantic ice rink, visit our amazing festival circus and watch our extreme motorbike show – all included in your ticket price!
But, overall, it's Christmas - and if you're up for splashing out we think this is a really fun day and there's definitely something for everyone. The only time you might want to avoid it is if you have a really young baby as there's not much for them, you'll be doing quite a lot of walking and it will get chilly.
At Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, child tickets are available for guests 12 years and under. Whilst the event is suitable for children of all ages, children must be accompanied at all times by a person 16 years or over. Please note that everyone will require an entry ticket.
It's a known fact that Winter Wonderland is THE destination to post an Instagram pic at, however, with a date by your side, it's a DOUBLE slay. Whether it's in front of the luminaires at the entrance, or the ferris wheel, it is definitely necessary to capture the moment and show your (potential) future kids.
Warm clothes, gloves and a hat are ideal. Also, sturdy footwear with a good grip suitable for walking on snow is recommended. Timberland type boots or Wellington boots are perfect, if not, trainers are fine but they are likely to get wet, so please bring a change of footwear.
Hyde Park Winter Wonderland is an outdoor event so make sure you dress appropriately as we will be open in rain, snow or shine! No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
