When purchasing alcohol at the event, you will be asked for valid identification to confirm that you are aged 18 or over if you appear to be under the age of 25. Alcohol is not permitted to be brought into the event from outside, and any alcoholic drinks purchased on site must be consumed before leaving.
Winter Wonderland is open between 17th November and the 1st January every day (except Christmas day) 10am till 10pm. If you are coming to visit us you will find that on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays please note that the event may be busier than our weekday sessions.
If you arrive outside of your booked entrance slot, you are not guaranteed entry. Whilst we will do our best to accommodate latecomers who arrive after their timed entrance slot, please note this may not always be possible.
All guests will require a valid identification document confirming they are aged 18 or over to enter Bavarian Hall during the evening session (6PM-10PM).
