All MBBS students are provided single room if available. Other undergraduate students are provided double bedded rooms subject to availability. Common washrooms are located at the end of the each respective wing. Efforts are made to accommodate students from outside Delhi as a priority.

The reason for low AIIMS fees is government funding. These government institutions follow governmental norms which result in lower fees. AIIMS fees do not include capitation or donation charges making education less of a financial burden. At present, there are 25 AIIMS.
