Who is exempt from paying the Blackwall Tunnel charge?
If your vehicle is registered with the DVLA as body type minibus, bus or coach, you won't need to pay the Blackwall and Silvertown tunnels charge or register for this discount to use the tunnels. Other 9+ seater vehicle types will need to apply.
