Duke University generally prohibits pets in university facilities and residence halls, restricting animals to approved service or assistance animals. However, specific areas like the Sarah P. Duke Gardens allow dogs on leashes during designated, limited hours. Other, separate "Duke" branded locations (hotels/markets) have their own pet policies.
