The ABBA Voyage auditorium is fully air-conditioned and generally comfortable, but it can feel cool to some during the 90-minute show. However, the foyer and entrance areas are often very cold, especially in winter, as they are open to the elements. It is advised to use the free cloakroom for heavy coats.
ABBA Voyage doesn't have a strict dress code and you'll see lots of people in jeans and t-shirts. However, many gig-goers choose to pay homage to the Scandi supergroup with '70s inspired outfits or ABBA-themed costumes that make the experience even more fun. Whatever you choose to wear, we recommend comfortable shoes…
The "333 rule" in clothing refers to two popular minimalist fashion concepts: the viral TikTok trend of using 3 tops, 3 bottoms, and 3 shoes to create numerous outfits (9 items total) for styling practice, and the more extensive Project 333, where you select 33 items (including clothes, shoes, and accessories) to wear for three months, excluding essentials like underwear, workout gear, and sleepwear, to simplify your wardrobe and reduce decision fatigue. Both methods focus on versatility, quality over quantity, and creating a functional capsule wardrobe.

Can I take a handbag to ABBA Voyage?
There is a free cloakroom with limited space, and visitors should bring only what is necessary to performances. Any bags larger than a handbag or small rucksack must be left in the cloakroom and not taken into the auditorium.
ABBA Voyage accepts no responsibility for any personal property brought to the venue. Food and drink purchased elsewhere may not be brought into or consumed at the ABBA Arena and will be confiscated on entry.
The "5 Outfit Rule" is a mindful shopping guideline: before buying a new clothing item, you must be able to immediately envision styling it in at least five different, distinct outfits using clothes you already own, ensuring versatility, reducing impulse buys, and building a more functional wardrobe. This encourages thoughtful purchases that get more wear, preventing clutter from items worn only once or twice, and helps create a cohesive, mix-and-match capsule closet for various occasions and seasons.
It is a very simple set of parameters to help you build better outfits. The goal is to get to seven or eight points in your outfit. Each item in your outfit is worth one point. Statement pieces are worth two points.
While concert halls might conjure visions of people in tuxedos and stiff gowns, there is no formal dress code here. Attending a concert should be about enjoying the music, not worrying about how you look.
Especially when it comes to live performances, concerts are in fact real workouts, which have nothing to envy to a training session in the gym. Recent studies have shown that a person can burn approximately 200 calories by simply singing while standing.
We do have a cloakroom with limited space, so please only bring the essentials. Any bags larger than a standard handbag or small rucksack must be left in the cloakroom. Like most venues in London, we have bag searches in place for your safety - this means any bag you bring is subject to search by our trained staff.
In the venue, you can find four public bars, a Prosecco bar and a concourse eatery serving hot dogs, deli sandwiches and sweet treats. The Oceanbird Lounge at ABBA Voyage is a premium hospitality space, where you can enjoy free-flowing food and drink before the concert.
In the US, mostly at concert and sports venues you have to use a clear plastic bag. They are like purses or backpacks but clear so security can see what you are bringing into venues.
