Knebworth Park is dog-friendly, allowing well-behaved dogs on leads within the121-hectare (300-acre) parkland. However, dogs are strictly prohibited from the formal gardens, Dinosaur Trail, Fort Knebworth, and the house itself. The area is ideal for walking, provided dogs are kept on a lead to protect the free-roaming deer.
