Richard Allan Caring (born 4 June 1948) is a British businessman. He initially built a business, International Clothing Designs, supplying Hong Kong-manufactured fashion to UK retailers. In 2004 he diversified his business interest into property, restaurants and nightclubs.

The company filed for an initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange in 2021, and went public in July 2021, trading under the name Membership Collective Group. From then on, Jones owned just under 6% of the shares, alongside Caring (20%) and Burkle (42.5%).
