Who are the three people whose dua is not accepted?
There are three who call upon Allaah, the Mighty and Majestic, and He does not respond to them: A man under (whose authority) is a women of evil manners, and he does not divorce her. A man who is owed wealth by another man (i.e. a debt), but he did not (bring anyone to) witness over it (i.e. the loan).
