Yes, there is explicit LGBT representation in Overwatch and Overwatch 2. Several playable heroes have been confirmed as LGBTQ+ through lore, comics, and developer confirmation, including Tracer (lesbian), Soldier: 76 (gay), Pharah (lesbian), Baptiste (bisexual), Lifeweaver (pansexual), and Venture (trans/non-binary).
First, Overwatch features a lot of explicit LGBT and ally representation both among its hero roster and its development team, but second and maybe more importantly, I think Overwatch just features a lot of very fully and authentically realized characters that are less stereotypical than most games.
