You will need to get an entrance ticket for Hyde Park Winter Wonderland to enter the event. There are some sessions available for no cost, whereas others are either £5 or £7.50 per person. How can I pay for food and drink? Purchases can be made by cash or card.
The Best Way To Pay. At Canada's Wonderland, we want you to have an effortless time with your friends and family. That's why we've moved to all cashless payments throughout the park. Simply swipe or tap your credit card, debit card or smart device with Apple Pay or Google Pay where you would normally use cash.
You'll be asked to select a two-hour timeslot to arrive within. There's also the option to snag a ticket on the door, although these spots are subject to availability and you may end up missing out if it's a busy time.

Do you only get 1 hour to go to Winter Wonderland?
To help ensure everyone enters the park as smoothly as possible, our entry tickets are divided into one hour time slots from 10am to 8pm. Make sure you arrive early within your one hour entry slot so you can get into Winter Wonderland in time.
Can you take water bottles into Winter Wonderland?
Open bottles of drink/liquid (unopened bottles of water will be accepted) Any person in possession of such items will be refused entry to the event. Any article that might be used as a weapon, be deemed to be offensive or abusive, or compromise public safety, will be confiscated and or reported to the police.
Can I pay for attractions on the day at Winter Wonderland?
Ride Tickets, Games Coins and Food and Beverage Tickets are available for purchase online. Rides Tokens are available for purchase onsite at the box offices. Prices will vary between those purchased online and onsite, as onsite prices may be subject to an increase in price.
Winter Wonderland is a CLOSED SITE, meaning only people with an e-ticket will be allowed entry into the event. Please note that all those aged 16 and under must be accompanied by at least one adult (who must also purchase an e-ticket even if they are not planning to go on the rides etc).
Am I permitted to bring my own food and beverages into the Park? No outside food, beverages or coolers are allowed to be brought into Canada's Wonderland. However, baby food and formula, bottled water or refillable bottles/containers are permitted into the park. No glass containers are allowed.
If you only want to go on 4 rides all day due to waiting in line, then don't get the fast passes. If you want to do 15 to 20 rides in a day, then spend the money and get the passes. Totally worth it.
Cash to card kiosks and Reverse ATMs are pretty straightforward: you feed the machine cash, and it loads the equivalent amount onto a prepaid card—almost like magic, but it's all technology! They are user-friendly and designed for quick, hassle-free transactions.
What forms of payment are accepted in the park? We're cashless! For your convenience, Cash-to-Card kiosks are located throughout the park to convert your cash to a prepaid debit card that can be used anywhere Mastercard [CM1] is accepted for no additional fee.
While you can use cash at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, all our bars and stalls accept contactless payments. You will also be able to use contactless payments at our rides, token booths and games.
Eat, drink and be merry! Whether it's a sit-down meal, a bite on the move, or a festive tipple or two – we've got something to suit everyone at Winter Wonderland. And we're serious about providing you the best possible food and drink.
With so much to see and do at Winter Wonderland, it's difficult to say exactly how long you'll need. Most people spend at least five hours here, but many are known to spend the entire day and night. With the attraction open from 10am to 10pm, you could really make a full day of it.
The Congestion Charge Zone boundary runs down along the east side of Hyde Park, so select a car park to the west to ensure you don't need to pay the Congestion Charge.
Spirit with a mixer is £6.90, mulled wine and wine are £5.70 and a pint of beer £6 - prices may slightly vary depending on the place. You can grab your tickets for Winter Wonderland here. On their site, some activities such as the Ice Rink and Bar Ice are already sold out for their popular sessions.
We strongly advise not bringing large bags or luggage to event as we may not be able to accommodate these. We advise only bringing a handbag or small rucksack. We ask all guests to be vigilant and not to leave bags and belongings unattended at any time.
A bit of rain won't stop us, Winter Wonderland is an outdoor event so please make sure you wrap up warm! There are some covered areas and some indoor seating.
During busy periods you may have to wait up to 1 hour to enter Winter Wonderland. The Ice rink, Circus, Giant Wheel and Magical Ice Kingdom are now SOLD OUT for Saturday 14th December.
What happens if I miss my time slot for Winter Wonderland?
You will be allowed entry if you arrive within your allotted session time. No refunds will be given for a late arrival which results in customers not receiving a full session or performance. Late arrivals will be allowed at the discretion of the operator.
