While you can use cash at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland, all our bars and stalls accept contactless payments. You will also be able to use contactless payments at our rides, token booths and games.
On weekdays, entry to Winter Wonderland is free on until 2pm; £5 per person until 4pm, and after 4pm, is £7.50. At weekends, prices start at £5, increasing to £7.50 from 2pm (and staying that way all day).
You can purchase game coins ahead of your visit via our website. Each coin is priced at £4.50, and is redeemable at every Game Stall onsite displaying the Coin symbol.
Hyde Park Winter Wonderland does not provide a left luggage facility. The closest left luggage facility is at Victoria Station. We strongly advise not bringing large bags or luggage to event as we may not be able to accommodate these. We advise only bringing a handbag or small rucksack.

Can you buy tickets on the door at Winter Wonderland?
Yes, there are several box offices at Hyde Park Winter Wonderland where you can buy tickets for all attractions. Please be aware that these are subject to availability, and we strongly advise you to book your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment. Please arrive in plenty of time if choosing this option.

Can I bring my own food to Winter Wonderland? Yes, you can take your own food into Winter Wonderland. However, by the time you've smelled the unmistakable waft of mulled wine and flame-grilled bratwurst, you might not want to tuck into your picnic!

In a video, they shared that one hot chocolate costs £7, a hot dog £8, the ice bar costs £16 each, the Ferris wheel £10 each (and another £10 for fast track), £15.50 for ice skating and £2 charge for cloakroom use, Churros £9 and they also spent £15 on a hat.
