C - Working - Product in poor condition and fully working with all essential accessories. No box required. F - Non-Working - (Applicable for select Phones only). Product must be intact and not crushed, bent, or snapped.
All phones and tablets are graded as below. A - Mint: Product in mint/new condition with original box and all original accessories. B - Good: Working product in good cosmetic condition without charger. C - Working: Working product in poor cosmetic condition without charger.
Products with minimal signs of use and in nearly mint condition are designated as “Grade A.” A product with the grade “B” is still in good shape but has some wear and tear. A product in “Grade C” condition has visible signs of heavy use.
Refurbished grade C means that a product is functional but shows heavy signs of use. A refurbished grade denotes the quality of a refurbished device based on its cosmetic state, previous use, and packaging. A refurbished grade C device features noticeable cosmetic issues.

Any items containing (SN) in the name must have the products original serial number, product number or activation code present. Phones, electronics and other hardware: All hardware items require all essential accessories such as; chargers, connectivity cables, dongles etc.
What are letter grades and how do they convert into percentages? Common examples of grade conversion are: A+ (97–100), A (93–96), A- (90–92), B+ (87–89), B (83–86), B- (80–82), C+ (77–79), C (73–76), C- (70–72), D+ (67–69), D (65–66), D- (below 65).
Grade C. This is the most common grade due to the nature of it being used tech. Our Grade C handsets tend to come with 5-8 minor marks. The previous owner has still looked after this device very well but some minor marks have appeared over time.
A Grade C refurbished device could be described as 'well used'. The device will most likely have some obvious signs of use, such as clear scratches or slight dents to the casing, however, this will only be cosmetic damage and will not affect the function of the machine.
What does Unlocked A mean. If a product is marked as 'Unlocked A', this means the product is in mint or new condition. You'll get it with all accessories in an original box. These can be brand new products that someone simply didn't want or barely used products that might as well be new due to the conditions they're in ...

It means it's the WiFi only model that doesn't take a sim card, and it's C grade which refers to the condition of the item. When a mobile operator is mentioned it means that you will only be able to use a sim card from that mobile network in the device.
