What happens if you are late to Winter Wonderland?
If you are running late, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Please note, if you miss your booking, we cannot guarantee a reschedule. Can I buy tickets on the day? Tickets can be purchased on the day, but availability is not guaranteed, and we recommend pre-booking to ensure entry.
Late arrivals will be allowed at the discretion of the operator. We advise customers to arrive at their booked attraction 20 minutes before the start time stated on the ticket. Please allow time for queuing at the entrance gates.
You will need your booking reference number and email address to log in, and will then find an 'Exchange Tickets' section where you will be able to amend your booking. Please note a booking fee will apply. Please see our step by step guide attached.

What happens if I get to Winter Wonderland late?
No refunds or exchanges will be given for late arrival which results in customers not receiving a full session at the Ticketed Attraction(s) (as applicable). Late arrivals for all Ticketed Attractions will be allowed access at the discretion of the operator.
With so much to see and do at Winter Wonderland, it's difficult to say exactly how long you'll need. Most people spend at least five hours here, but many are known to spend the entire day and night. With the attraction open from 10am to 10pm, you could really make a full day of it.

Visit during off-peak times like mornings and weekdays for a quieter experience. You'll also save money as morning tickets (usually between 10:00 and 12:00) are free, and you can stay in the park for as long as you like.
There is really no best time to go as there is something different as the hours go by. Most families (with children) tend to go in the morning and early afternoon as it is still bright; however, by evening, Winter Wonderland transforms to this magical place with sparkling lights.
We arrived at Winter Wonderland at about 2:30pm on a Sunday afternoon. I had heard of large crowds at weekends and indeed it was very busy. They only had one entrance open and the queues were very long. We asked how long the wait was and were told it could be over an hour.

Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park is like stepping into a Christmas fairy tale. The lights, the decorations, the smell of mulled wine and roasted chestnuts—it's absolutely magical.
