Is Paddington autistic?
Paddington Bear isn't officially stated to be autistic, but many fans and commentators interpret him as having autistic traits due to behaviors like adhering to routines (marmalade sandwiches), needing clear instructions (carrying a dog because a sign said so), potential sensory sensitivities (hat over eyes), and unique ways of processing social cues, often seen as reflecting both neurodivergence and his experience as a refugee.
