It is in Kensington Gardens. The official websites of both state their current opening hours: 05:00–24:00 for Hyde Park; 06:00–16:30 for Kensington Gardens.
60 minutes early for those customers who select Primary Entry and VIP tickets. Last entry for all shows - 20:30. The Box Office will close at 20:00. Please make sure you're onsite in advance of these times in case of queues.
To help ensure everyone enters the park as smoothly as possible, our entry tickets are divided into one hour time slots from 10am to 8pm. Make sure you arrive early within your one hour entry slot so you can get into Winter Wonderland in time.
Doors open for regular ticketholders at 2pm. If you've got a VIP or Primary Entry ticket, you'll be allowed in at 1pm, or around 60 minutes before general admission. The box office closes at 8pm, last entry is 8.30pm, and curfew is 10.30pm. There is no re-entry – once you're in, you're in.

No food or drink is permitted to be brought into BST Hyde Park (with the exception of water in unopened plastic containers under 500ml, empty water bottles to refill, and baby food where not in glass containers).
What happens if I miss my time slot for Winter Wonderland?
You will be allowed entry if you arrive within your allotted session time. No refunds will be given for a late arrival which results in customers not receiving a full session or performance. Late arrivals will be allowed at the discretion of the operator.
There is no specific Accessible entrance although we would advise using the Red Gate (Family entrance at the North of the site) as this tends to be quieter than our other gates. Green, Gold and Blue gate have a signposted accessible queuing lane for entry.

American Express presents BST Hyde Park takes place on the Parade Ground on the East Side of Hyde Park. The area is predominantly grass, with limited hard-standing pathways. In the event of bad weather, mud and puddles are likely.
He'll likely come on at 7/8ish, the curfew for live music at Hyde Park is 10.30 so it'll be finished by then. You've got golden circle which is a different/better viewing area.

Hyde Park is simply just that – a park! There isn't too much that is regal or special about it. It's just a large green space where the locals and tourists go to sit on the grass and eat their lunch or catch up with friends. This is a really cool statue of Achilles from ancient Greek myths.
2.5 Infants (under 2) and Children (2-12) must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age must be provided on request (passport, driving licence or PASS cards accepted). A maximum of one Infant ticket will be allowed per one accompanying adult aged 18 or over per booking.
Choose the bottle, get refills during your first visit plus pay $6.99 (plus tax) for refills all day on any other visit or choose the wristband and receive a paper cup for each refill the day of your visit. Only a 15 minute wait interval between refills.
We strongly advise not bringing large bags or luggage to event as we may not be able to accommodate these. We advise only bringing a handbag or small rucksack. We ask all guests to be vigilant and not to leave bags and belongings unattended at any time.
