Tewksbury-based grocery store chain Market Basket will open its new Shrewsbury location on Friday, Jan.13. The 80,000 square-foot store will be open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday-Saturday and 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sundays, according to Operations Manager David McLean.
The Shrewsbury location is Market Basket's 88th location, covering 80,000 square feet, with its familiar orange tile accented aisles containing more than 50,000 food items.
