The last major Escape from Tarkov wipe occurred on August 19, 2024, for patch 0.14.0.0, though a significant "Hardcore" wipe happened on July 9, 2025, leading into the long-awaited 1.0 release on November 15, 2025, with the current wipe (1.0.0.0) ongoing since then, following a typical 5-6 month cycle.
The Hardcore wipe kicked off on July 9th, 2025. Since there will be no more wipes before full release, this one can last a maximum of six months, if 1.0 comes out in December.
That being said, we typically see Escape From Tarkov release a new server wipe every 6 months. This isn't an exact science, and there was at least one occasion when the game issued a server wipe after just 2 months. But broadly speaking you can expect a server wipe every 6 months in Escape From Tarkov.
