Where is Windsor Great Park Illuminated? This very special light trail is set in the beautiful woodland near Windsor Great Park's Savill Garden and around the Obelisk Pond.
From the M25 take Junction 13 and take the A30 towards Egham and then follow the yellow 'Windsor Illuminated' AA signs. Approaching from Windsor or Maidenhead (M4), take the 1308 towards and through Old Windsor then follow the yellow 'Windsor Illuminated' AA signs.
The car park is located at Savill Gardens. We ask guests to not follow their sat nav as they approach the venue as traffic diversions are in place to be considerate to our neighbours.

Really enjoyed the illuminated light trail at Windsor Great Park. Lots of interest along the trail and we particularly liked the creepy tree, the stunning field of lights and the multi-coloured path leading to the obelisk at the end. The downside is that it is very expensive.
Although the start of the Long Walk lies close to the Castle and within the private area of the Home Park, visitors can access the Long Walk from George IV Gate close to the south front of the Castle.
