If Link chooses hide-and-seek, he will need to find Cottla, and she usually hides in the hills, behind Impa's house, or behind the grocery store. If Link chooses tag, he and Cottla will appear at different parts of the town and Link will need to chase her down and speak to her.
Select "Wanna Play?" and offer to play "Hide-and-seek". She'll tell you she's going to hide. As soon as you gain back control of Link, run up the stairs to Impa's home, run around the porch and you will find Cottla hiding there.

How to get into Yiga?
To reach, either find a nearby high boulder to jump from, or cut down some trees, or use other Zonai Devices to build a makeshift path over the spikes. Alerting the Yiga here, you won't have much room to manuever, so be careful and avoid getting too close to the sides or you'll take even more damage.
