Rufus Johnson (born July 5, 1976), better known by his stage name Bizarre, formerly Bizarre Kid, is an American rapper and producer, best known for his work with the Detroit-based hip hop group D12.

In the song, Eminem says he no longer plays "Cleanin' Out my Closet" at shows – with the song last being played at Leeds Festival in England on 25th August 2013 – and says he cringes every time he hears it on the radio.
Somebody Save Me, the final track of the album, is meant to be the tragic end to Slim Shady. Eminem has made Slim Shady synonymous with his drug use, so it makes sense that Slim Shady didn't overcome his addiction and died.
