Why do Muslims not believe Jesus is the son of God?
Allah is Jesus (as) creator not his father. The difference between being thought of as a creator and as a father is large. And the nature of a creators relationship with his creation is different than that of a father with his son. "It does not befit ˹the majesty of˺ the Most Compassionate to have children."
