Shortly after we opened, founder Matt Bristol explains how the “Jucy Lucy” was created when a local customer asked for two hamburger patties with a slice of cheese in the middle. Upon biting into this new, molten hot burger, he exclaimed “that's one juicy Lucy”, and a legend was born.

Flatten out one patty, stack one folded slice of cheese in the center, and flatten the other patty on top. Press the sides together and secure the cheese into the middle of the patty. Repeat with all portions of Impossible Beef for a total of three cheese-stuffed burger patties.

Back in 1954, a regular customer ordered a cheeseburger, said general manager Amy Feriancek. The customer asked owner Matt Bristol to put the cheese on the inside instead of on top. Bristol obliged, and when the customer bit in and got a face full of molten cheese, he exclaimed, “Wow, that's one Juicy Lucy!”
Put peeled bananas into the freezer and leave them until they are frozen. Melt some leftover chocolate, then leave it to cool down (don't let it set). Take the bananas out of the freezer and while they are still frozen, cut them in half, then poke a wooden lolly stick into the end of the banana (to make a lolly).
Spread the peanut butter on the top and bottom halves of the buns. Smear the bottom bun with bacon jam. Next, add the patties on top of the bacon jam, then top the burgers with the crispy bacon and grilled onions. Serve with plantain chips.
Dirty, if you hadn't already guessed, referred to burger preparation. The more garnish you pile on for taste, the messier and more calorie-laden it gets (dirty is a personal choice). As far as I could tell Dirty didn't include a choice of meat substitutes. When it comes to burgers, indecency apparently has limits.
Announced at the end of January, the Stormzy Meal can now be bought at fast-food outlets and sees a combination of the rapper's favourite items: nine Chicken McNuggets, a side of fries and two BBQ dips. For pudding, it's a choice between an Oreo McFlurry or an Apple Pie, all washed down with a Sprite Zero.
